Returns & Changes Policy

You can return the product (s) you received either because they are defective or because you do not wish to keep them by exercising your right of withdrawal without justification. Return terms differ in both cases.

Return of defective product
In case of receipt of a defective product, you must inform us by phone or by mail at info@sesami.gr within the 48 hours following the delivery of your order.

By sending the product / products in the same way of receipt (ELTA courier), the shipping costs are borne by our store. If you choose any other shipping method, the costs are borne by you.

Once we receive the returned product and confirm its defect, we will contact you immediately.

We return the price of the product as well as the shipping costs of the original order within the 7 working days following the receipt of the defective product from our store. Cash on delivery is non-refundable if you have chosen this payment method.

In case of payment by credit / debit card, the money will be refunded to the card you have used.

In case of payment by bank deposit the return of the price is done by bank transfer (opposite bank transfer).

In case of cash on delivery you will have to indicate a bank account for us to pay you the amount.

Please note that we are not responsible for any delay related to the banking transaction.

Non-defective product return *
You have the right to return any product you do not wish to keep and we will refund the price you have paid by exercising the right of withdrawal without having to justify your decision.

You can send it any way you wish within the 14 calendar days following the delivery of the order.

Shipping costs are borne by you.

The returned product must be in excellent condition, unused, free from damage or deterioration, bumps, abrasions, etc. It must also be in its original packaging which must not have tears, damage or damage and include all the contents of the original packaging (eg instruction booklet, product parts, etc.).

In case the returned product does not meet any of the above conditions, our store has the right not to return the price or to request restoration of any reduction in the value of the product.

As for the return of the price you have paid, it is paid with the same payment method that you have chosen for the initial transaction as soon as possible within the 7 working days following the receipt of the product from our store.

More specifically:

* There is no possibility of return for goods belonging to the SPECIAL CATEGORY – “Custom made” relate to the purchase of custom products according to the preferences of the customer that have to do with dimensions, shades, choice of fabrics, etc.
